The message here is clear. Develop your vision! It is totally possible to build a life on top of what makes you happy. So, what makes you happy? Take this advice and don't place your joy in a noun! When you place what makes you happy in a person, place, or thing, it will require that person place, or thing to be present in your life in order for you to feel joy. Starting developing a vision centered around the predication of your joy and the ways to monetize that joy will follow. Find the things that you can DO to bring you joy.
My goal for you listening to this podcast is to reprogram your mind. All you have to do is choose a few episodes from this channel and listen to them daily. Specifically, listen to this motivational content before you go to bed and as you wake up in the morning.
The reason behind this is because the door to the subconscious mind is open as you are descending from, and ascending into consciousness. Your subconscious mind runs 95% of your life. It only learns through repetition of what you continually agree with. Think of it as your BODY-mind. Your body learns to do all of the things that you do repeatedly so that you don't have to think so hard to get it done.
Here are the steps I took to reprogram my mind.
1. Trade music and television for audiobooks and motivational content. ie. this podcast!
2. Do this worksheet. Write out 30 things you want to be, 30 things you want to have, and 30 things to do.
