  • Involvement where possible helps to reduce the resistance. If there is opportunity to involve people get them involved it’s a worthwhile investment because if people are part of the solution they will own it going forward.
  • People will create that culture when they understand where they are going why they are going there. They can understand it and then realign to it.
  • Give them the confidence and knowledge they need to be successful.
  • Culture change is not going to happen overnight, you have to keep working at it. It’s all about communication and respect for people, as so much of continuous improvement is.
