Mike Metcalf Jr is a former American football star growing up in Charlotte, NC going to the same high school and Steph Curry. Mike had the opportunity to take his skills to Appalachain State University and was a star fullback in his 4 years there as well.

Post football career, Mike fell into the NASCAR lifestyle almost by accident. His unique mindset, however, landed him into a leadership position. As captain of the Chip Ganassi Racing Team pitcrew Mike is passionate about cultivating a culture of championship mindsets.
