Intranets are seen as a way to provide an online communication infrastructure for departmental documents, reports, schedules, bookings, timetables, etc. (the fantasy). James Kalmakoff, Associate Dean, Website & Communications, will present a case study of an intranet developed for the Department of Microbiology & Immunology.
