The reality is that we all have core beliefs. These core beliefs influence our immediate beliefs (rules, attitudes and assumptions). These in turn result in automatic thoughts that we have as we react to the world around us. In order to have a sound mind we need to examine, evaluate and record our thought life; mental audits.
