Kageleiry discusses growing up in Dover, getting started in real estate by buying and fixing up small properties, and gradually expanding into larger commercial and residential projects over his 35-year career. He talks about some of his most significant developments in Dover such as the mixed-use Pointe Place community. Kageleiry and Parker also discuss the importance of public-private partnerships between developers and the city government to enable mutually beneficial growth and investment in the community.
