Oxford language dictionary defines attitude as the settled way of thinking about something.

When you think positively about something, your demeanour and outward approach - your attitude - will be positive, but if you think negatively about issues, you will exude a negative attitude.

The right attitude to work means having the right attributes namely, honesty, discipline, integrity, commitment, punctuality, regularity and consistency, creativity, efficiency, diligence, transparency, and progress.
