The Talking Point

Developing the new generation of Ethical and Conscious Leadership

Listen Later

Last week, we had a conversation on ethical and conscious leadership. An organization reached out to us to share the work that they are doing towards fostering servant leadership among young people. This intergenerational dialogue looks at the servant leaders that have emerged in South African history, unpacking their past, political leadership, vision, lessons, styles and tools to achieve a harmonious and cohesive South Africa.

In this hour, we unpack the Youth Speak leaders after watching the servant leader episodes talk about their understanding and interpretation of the kind of leadership they will vote for. Youth speak leaders motivate other young adults to start the conversation about our future leadership inheritance and the role they can play to make South Africa better for all. Youth Speak Leaders speaks about authority, power, social justice, the constitution and basic human rights, service delivery, justice and so much more.
