This week we are joined by current Catalyst Club Softball & High Performance Development athletes Ella Meyer (2026 | University of St. Thomas commit) and Layla Jacobsma (2027 | Uncommitted RECRUIT HER). We dive into their journeys as Catalyst athletes, what it’s really like in our HP data-driven player development programs, the worst thing Ella has EVER done, Layla’s adjustment from the Land of 10,000 Farms to the Land of 10,000 Lakes, and we get real about hobbies (and teach Erika what a hobby actually is).
