The guys discuss developments on the planning docket.  Including, a new auto repair place in the Harvest Junction area, 7-11 development on Main and Mountain View, and 1212 Francis Street.  Longmont has record rainfall (we're sending good vibes to other parts of the state that are low).  City Council is voting on the Healthy Beverages initiative --  which seems to be split 50/50 in a recent poll.
