This single did make the Pop charts, but most people remember the Stampeders only for theit hit "Sweet City Woman," never knowing that the band was much more than a one-trick pony. Both sides of this little 45 have plenty of Power Pop magic to make you forget "Sweet City Woman" for sure! This group definitely had more range than most people give them credit for. The two-star rating on this single reflects my affection for the flip side, in particular. Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage Bell Records factory sleeve. It has pristine Mint audio.
