Chief executive officer of Devmark, Sean McCauley, explains why developers are reducing the size of residential units as the property market in the UAE faces continued challenges.

McCauley, who’s advised prominent developers such as Damac, Bloom Properties, and Azizi Development, also explains how developers are responding to a softer market.

He also outlines his plan to take the company, which only formed in September 2018, to Saudi Arabia in the near future.
