Nehemiah 1 - Nehemiah was broken about the destruction in his homeland. He grieved over their losses for months but in doing so he created a plan. When the opportunity came about, he was ready to state his needs. This is critical in having your needs met. Define those needs and be ready to secure those resources to change your standing.
