Even when a beach seems empty, life is everywhere. Hermit crabs quietly move along the sand, carrying only what they need and leaving behind what no longer serves them. Their simple way of living offers a reminder. It is easy to become consumed with temporary things and burdened by worries beyond control. But peace is found by releasing what weighs the heart down and focusing on what truly lasts.
