DAO governance activity relies on the participants trusting in the proposal and decision making in the DAO, in which reputation management plays a big role. Similarly, showing appreciation for beneficial governance activity encourages more and better participation. We will discuss some novel approaches to both reputation and appreciation in DAOs.
