DFS NFL Podcast - Week 8 Cash Game Picks and Plays for FanDuel and DraftKings 10/23/19

James and Doug are back with their cash game plays for week 8! After moving their cash game record to 10-3-1 on the season, they are back to help you find some value in a deceptively tricky week.

Quarterback looks pretty straightforward this week, with Deshaun Watson and Russell Wilson rocketing to the top of the DFSR lineup optimizer. While it looks like there will be cash game ownership in cheaper players like Josh Allen or Teddy Bridgewater, it seems like those are unnecessary risks.

Running back is where things get interesting. If Kamara sits, Latavius Murray is likely to be the highest owned play at the position. Fournette is coming off of 90%+ cash game ownership and is actually cheaper in a very reasonable match-up with the Jets. After that, it's a little dicier. Is McCaffrey too expensive in what amounts to the league's toughest match-up? Where does Ty Johnson rank compared to other punts this season? The guys break it all down.

Wide receiver features some obvious cheap plays (like Tyler Boyd and Julian Edelman) and then some interesting pay-up options in DeAndre Hopkins and Michael Thomas. With reasonable plays across multiple price tiers, this is looking like another great position.

Tight end comes down to which site your'e playing on. With Hunter Henry $1,000 cheaper than similar players on DraftKings, he could be the chalk option there. On FanDuel you basically have your pick between all of the TEs in the $6,700 range, like Waller, Engram, Kittle, or Hooper.
