DFWAE's Association Day is the society's flagship education and networking event and this year Andrew had the privilege of delivering a session on effective strategic planning. As always, Association Day contained an exceptional roster of speakers and delivered an education program that reflects the rich diversity of issues on which associations lead. Join Andrew, Vicki Reece (Professional Insurance Agents Texas) and Kevin Korenthal (National Association of Park Foundations) as they reflect on the day's learnings, including the necessity of data-informed associations, the developing role of AI, and culture change that drives performance and impact.
