DH 023: We're staying on the No Grain Train and learning more

I will admit that my comfort food of choice would be a warm loaf of crusty bread (yes the whole loaf) and some cold butter to slather (good word!), watch it melt into all the tiny, delectable holes and enjoy. I did use to do what they say is healthy and use 100% whole grain bread....or swap out my white rice for brown rice....and now what?! We are finding more and more research that the grains - especially what has been done to them through  mass-production may be the root of so many of our health issues. Hop on board the No Gran Train and join us as we delve into this issue a little more.
