DH 035: Driver, Nutritionist John Reed joins us

Sharing information and knowledge for the unique challenges that Over the Road Truck Drivers face on this journey to live a healthy and productive life. 

Kim is a “later in life” athlete who understands the ebb & ﬂow of this journey called Health! Growing up battling the scale, it wasn't until 2007, when she combined an eating plan and strength training, did health become a way of life. Having completed 8 endurance events with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training she went on to complete the Lake Placid Iron Man in July 2013. 

Kim’s father was a company truck driver for 20 years, retiring on 1985, loving the road and his fellow drivers. Kim has been a member of the Let’s Truck Team since March 2013. She resides in Ohio with her husband, Jeff and their 7 children.
