It all starts here!  We discuss our first Phish shows since three-year retreat and COVID; address the discomfort  of starting a meditation practice, and how that’s the same discomfort we are usually trying to distract ourselves from (hint: the distraction doesn’t actually help); and introduce the Buddha’s first teaching, The Four Noble Truths, and some ways we can apply it in life and at a concert.
