I always have (and probably always will) preach about how you can have it all.
Because the thing is, is that we live in a predominately negative society.
A society that teaches us we need to pick between “this or that”.
But I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to.
You can choose this AND that!!
It is how I went from a painful period to a pain free period….and have sustained that for over 3 years now.
It is how I am able to have pizza and a pain free period.
It is how I am able to enjoy eating out and still have a pain free period.
Because I know that I can have it all.
But how does one actually have it all?!
Well I’m glad you asked, because this episode will answer exactly that.

I have 2 types of clients.
1. Starts working with me and sees results straight away.
2. Starts working with me and it takes at least 3 months to see results...yet they're doing all the right things
Don't worry, person 2 will still have a pain free period, but there is a reason why it is taking a little longer.
This episode will explain exactly why that is the case. Trust me, this is one that you'll want to listen to.

It seems as though True Crime is all the rage right now.
And while it is not my cup of tea, I can acknowledge that others froth it.
But like everything that we eat, think, say, do, it can influence our period.
Will it be a sh*t fest or will it be easy, and pain free.
Listen and learn how true crime can actually influence your period...you'll be surprised.

Who is she to talk about periods?!
Who is she to tell me that period pain isn't normal?!
Well I'm glad you asked!!
For years, like literally over a decade I battled with debilitating period pain...to the point where I needed a whole box of painkillers just to get through the day.
Until one day, enough was enough...
I became my own guinea pig.
Combine that with my 3 year Nutrition Degree, I knew that magic was about to be made.
Fast forward to July 2021, I experienced my first ever pain free period...and it's been that way ever since!!
This episode will show you some of the unconventional things that have helped me to maintain those pain free periods for 3 years now.

Look, I've got to be honest with you...we live in a predominately negative world....
Think about it, the news, gossip, everyone and their dog complains and complains and complains...
And this makes it harder to achieve something as amazing and freeing as a pain free period.
Nobody around you believes it's possible, and if they do "oh it's just a once off".
What if this wasn't true?!
What if the pain free period that you have spent years and years wanting wasn't a fluke?!
It was your normal!!
In this episode I will break down how that be the case.
I will show you how and why you need momentum if you want a period that is easy, light, free of stress and most importantly free of pain.

Let me guess, you've probably been told that you Ovulated on Day 14?!
I'm here to call bullsh*t on that!!
Chances are that you actually didn't ovulate on day 14, even if your period tracking app said so...because only about 30% of women actually do.
And when it comes to fixing your period pain, it all starts with Ovulation.
If you haven't ovulated, then you don't have a period...which means there's nothing to actually fix.
This episode will dip your toes into the world of ovulation, which will make it that much easier to fix your period pain for good.

Fixing your period pain goes way beyond just you.
Fixing your period pain has a massive ripple effect, bigger than you can ever imagine.
If you want to know what that ripple effect is, then make sure that you listen to this episode to find out.

As a University Qualified Nutritionist I know for a fact that food is medicine.
The food that we eat plays a massive role in our health, it can make or break it.
Not only that, but food played a massive role when it came to me fixing my own period pain.
Of course there are other factors involved too, but food played a really really big role.
And I haven't had a painful period since July 2021, so yes clearly food plays a big role.
So how can we take advantage of food and actually use it as medicine?!
How can we make sure that we are actually making the right moves when it comes to Nutrition and not sabotaging ourselves?!
Well I answer all of that and more in this episode.
I can't wait for you to listen, it's really juicy and you're gonna get so much value.

I will probably keep saying this until the end of time, but period pain is common, not normal.
It's actually an SOS from your body.
And I know it is common practise to just pop a pain killer (such as a panadol) for every niggle and ache, but I actually do not recommend this...
Why might you ask?!
Well you have to listen to find out.
