因为别人觉得you're not ready for conversations; 

可能你需要一些私人时间maybe you need some private time 

所以老外也不好打扰你 Foreigners will find it impolite to disrupt you

那应该怎么自我介绍呢？

Hi, I’m Haijun,like Shanghai in June, if that helps you to remember my name. Nice to meet you!

一定要面戴微笑 伸出贵手 

wear a big smile on your face, and extend your hand

另一个必须要赶紧自我介绍的场合：

你朋友的朋友过来和你们聊天了！

1分钟内一定要挑个合适的机会自我介绍 

否则会尴尬Awkward!!!
