第二，有没有一个时刻，你特别想了解自己的内心世界，特别想知道你内心中最真实的想法？Second, have you ever had a moment when you really wanted to understand your inner world, to know your most genuine thoughts?
第三，你有没有遇到过这样的情况：心中的情绪满到要溢出，却不知道该如何发泄。Third, have you ever encountered a situation where your emotions were so overwhelming that they were about to overflow, yet you didn't know how to release them?
我相信大部分人都经历过上面说得几种情况吧。这种情况下，大家一般会怎么做呢？I believe most people have experienced the situations mentioned above. What do you usually do in such cases?
我的方法就是打开本子，开始“写作练习”。所以问题来了：什么是“写作练习”呢？带着问题我们一起开始今天的播客吧～My method is to open a notebook and start a "writing exercise." So the question arises: What is a "writing exercise"? Let's start today's podcast with our questions in mind！
