She also has a great understanding of the constant and rapid change within the D&I space and the need not always to be looking at changing your programs, but also the need to self-educate as well.

  • When a manager deploys a program or idea that creates a higher level of profitability, it puts a positive spotlight on what they are doing
  • Driving D&I without corporate financial support
  • Everyone can and does have ownership - we hire a person for a reason
