It's Diabetes Awareness month, and today we will discuss the power of nutrition, mindset, stress, the emotional journey, the importance of movement and physical wellness, heart health and lowering your cholesterol, and your personal Radiant Roadmap. It tells your blood sugar what to do and when you choose foods rich in fibr, color, water, and natural nutrients, your body absorbs glucose more slowly, keeping your blood sugar steady instead of spiking. Remember, food is not just fuel; it is information. The food you eat also affects your mindset, stress, and emotions. Stress has a direct effect on blood sugar, so managing stress is managing diabetes. Know that your diagnosis is a redirection, not a life sentence. Talking about the connection to heart healt and lowering cholesterol, the two are either best friends or worst enemies. Where one goes, the other follows. Your heart wants to support you, nourish it well.
