"Diagnosed but Determined" with Funmi Ladigbolu
Funmi Ladigbolu is the co-founder of Transformational Love, an organization committed to serving the homeless in Essex County and surrounding areas. She also sits on the board of the Multinational Transitional Housing Program; a transitional housing program for those transitioning out of homelessness. She draws motivation from being able to offer culturally relevant resources that uphold and advance the kingdom of Christ.
In addition to holding various roles in multiple faith-based organizations, Funmi also enjoys spending time with the family, praise dancing, traveling, reading, and training for 5k marathons. She does all of this while running an online blog called Diagnosed But Determined, where she shares her story of resilience and perseverance in the face of being diagnosed with an auto-immune disease. Funmi lives by the motto, "Change comes only to those who are ready to put in the work.
