This week we hear from martial arts expert Kyle Galloway. He owns a martial arts school in Broomfield, Colorado. On this show Kyle is talking about physical fitness in general and about "dialing in your diet" in particular. Kyle strongly believes and practices a high-fat, low-carb diet with smaller amounts of protein. When he talks about a high-fat diet he is talking about healthy fats such as olive and avocado oils and nuts. Kyle claims that this particular diet immensely increased the effectiveness of his physical training.
