Her foray into real estate has been greatly because of her husband being in the industry for the longest time already. She was apprehensive at first but women’s gut feel is working at best for her when she started landing deals she never expected.

I then ask a few other people who I think may have differing opinions and see kind of what the truth is. Where Does everyone agree?”

“Most people in real estate do not have a ton of cash lying around anymore because they're leveraged, you know, if you have some cash, but you don't know what you're doing in the real estate space is like find those people that look like they know what they're doing, audit them, have them break down and show you what they're actually doing, what the numbers actually are.”
