How can parents help our child navigate the education system in Singapore in order to maximise our child's full potential ? What should  we prioritise? How do we build our  children’s self confidence and self esteem as they strive towards excellence? Madam Hamidah Abdul Karim’s three beautiful daughters are all well rounded university graduates with successful careers. She shares the pivotal role that she played in their success- from nurturing their interests at a young age to helping them set definite pathways in education . 

Madam Hamidah believes in walking the talk . After 20 years, Madam Hamidah decided to go back to school to pursue her dreams of becoming  a designer. She wanted to show her girls  that age is not a limiting factor in chasing one’s dreams. She believes that failures are not setbacks; just branches of the learning tree. Words of encouragement, family togetherness, setting good examples as well as boosting the child’s self esteem are some of the factors in realizing a child’s full potential. Today she has achieved what she has set out to do from the moment she became a mummy. To produce educated and well balanced women! Congrats Kak Midah!
