Learning is easy and fascinating, but unlearning on the other hand is hard. Having to unlearn 15 years of habits,mannerisms and toxicity is the most difficult thing I've ever tried to attempt,but man oh man is it fulfilling. 15 years of being manipulated by my good friend "COCO" 🙂...ended and it is hard for her to let go,but you see I cannot become a better version of myself if I do things from "her" understanding.
