Joe has spent more than 20 years with Dallas Police Department, including the Southeast Division for more than 18 years. During his time with DPD he has trained various units such as Crimes Against Persons, Narcotics and the Family Violence Unit. Joe has won the John T. McCarthy Officer of the Year Award twice, and is active with the Dallas Police Association
