My Quads Have Entered the Chat
Let’s talk about the body we live in… because apparently, our quads have opinions. 😂
In this episode of Did She Just Say That?, we’re getting real about body image, body types, and the pressure to look a certain way. We talk about comparing our bodies to other women’s, the clothes we choose to highlight the parts we actually feel good about, and what happens when we’re not feeling so confident.
We’re also talking about aging, changing bodies, and the sometimes uncomfortable journey of embracing the body we were actually built with—not the one we thought we were supposed to have.
We get vulnerable about the moments we haven’t felt attractive, feminine, or comfortable in our own skin—and where some of that criticism comes from in the first place.
And yes, men, this one’s for you too. Body image pressure doesn’t discriminate, and we’re talking about the expectations men carry about their bodies, too.
Because maybe loving your body doesn’t always mean loving every inch of it. Maybe sometimes it just means giving yourself a little more grace, wearing the damn outfit, and letting your quads enter the chat. 💁♀️
Come laugh with us, get uncomfortable with us, and maybe walk away seeing your body a little differently.
You know the drill. Pull up that chair! 🪑
Love,
Ash & Chess 💛
