Do you really know yourself? As in, do you know what your passions are? Your core values? Or your goals? How about your fears, triggers, or doubts? These are aspects of ourselves we must get to know if we truly want to grow. One of the main ways to do that is by checking in with yourself. In this episode, we discuss the importance of checking in with ourselves regularly in life, love, and goals as part of our self love journey and the effects in doing so. Since we all have different mindsets and paths, our check ins will look different in type and consistency. However, one thing we all will have in common with these check-ins is that they must be done alone, just with ourselves first. By completing these regular check-ins we will be able to find or re-find our purpose, change our habits/mindset for the better, and much more!
