In this German wine week episode Dad does Pinot Meunier, a red wine.  His snacks are Wiener Schnitzel with potato salad and, Rouladen with red cabbage. Josh does Thomas Smith Estate Bottled Riesling.  His snacks are Asian style BBQ sous vide pork Belly,  Jalapeno pepper cheddar cheese wild boar sausage and strawberry palmiers.  Josh and Dad have a great time sipping these German wines with their snacks.
