Diet for a Healthy Brain

Do you know which foods you eat that are good for your brain? It's very important to consume a diet that keeps your brain moving in the right direction. 

Today we are covering a few of the key ingredients for building a healthy brain. 

Go and get a blood test done if you’re able to, that should really be step one to understand where you are at.

BASICS:
Oxygen and hydration.

VITAMINS:

Think B’s Ds (Brain Diet)

B3, B6, B9, B12, D3, D6, D9, and fatty acids.

Berries - The recommended amount is 60-120g of fresh blueberries per day.

A FEW OTHERS:

1. Spices

2. Fermented foods

3. Dark chocolate

4. Avocados

5. Nuts

6. Leafy greens
