I'm here to set the record straight and simplify the noise.

It’s based on the evidence I’ve evaluated from becoming certified in both Exercise Nutrition and Plant-Based Nutrition on top of reading dozens of books and hundreds of studies. I use the Plant-First Diet® when I want to lose weight and slim down. I use the Plant-First Diet® when I need to fuel my body for fitness goals.
