FIIs (Foreign Institutional Investors) are investors or institutions from outside India that invest in Indian markets, bringing in foreign capital and global sentiment. DIIs (Domestic Institutional Investors) are Indian entities like mutual funds, insurance companies, and banks that invest within the country. While FIIs influence short-term market movements with large inflows or outflows, DIIs provide stability and support during volatile phases.
