The intersection of art and policy has always been apart of Dare Dukes' life, which made him a natural to fill in his current role with the Deep Center — an organization specializing in giving Savannah's youth a voice and developing their skills to make an impact in their community. As the organization grows, Dukes seeks to instill even more of a voice in each of the kids going through the program.
