Difference Makers: Episode 37 — Savannah Toys for Tots Coordinator Sgt. Anthony Kingdom

Listen Later

This episode is brought to you by the Savannah Economic Development Authority

The initial path wasn't aimed at the military, but Sgt. Anthony Kingdom made his way to the Marines after some stops in school, machinery and even McDonald's. While he didn't view himself a military man at first, Sgt. Kingdom has thrived in the role, including earning consideration for a larger post with the National Color Guard. Locally, he is working this year as the coordinator for Savannah's Toys for Tots campaign, and on this episode of Difference Makers, speaks about his upbringing, what they have seen with this year's campaign and seeing the joy in a child's face when they receive a toy.
