We dive into Matthew 26 and take a look at: "The Most Backward Day in History." We've all had days when things seem to go in the opposite way that we thought they should. But no day was ever more "backward" than the day Jesus was betrayed. What appeared to be a tragedy-the betrayal in the Garden of Gethsemane and the events that followed-was actually part of God's sovereign plan to rescue sinners and restore creation.
