I love difficult conversations. I think it is important to have them. One of the most recent conversations I had while on vacation was understanding, how hard it is to reach out to other people in order to have them on the podcast. It can be daunting to others to have to speak for a decent amount of time and sound educated on their interactions. 

In taking a month off I understood that it has been easy for me for a few of the following reasons:
