In his role as a wholesaler for many years, Matt Sweeney never thought that he would start his own business of financial services. That all changed when he co-founded William Joseph Capital Management headquartered in Connecticut. From starting his career as a bank teller and becoming a successful wholesaler, Matt always wanted to be his own boss. Matt’s path to creating an RIA was unique in that he was not an advisor with a book of clients choosing a different business structure, his goal was to create a business that would appeal to those advisors who wanted to transition into the fee based investment management world but didn’t know how.
