While she didn't pursue the full time career in politics she intitially thought, her passion for public service did not go away and led her to becoming a councilperson in the small municipality of North Bay Village Florida. Rachel shares with us the challenges of starting her own law firm when her "unpaid" passion would take up almost half her working time. What did she do about it? She found the right partner to understand exactly who she is and what she brings to the table and that she no longer had to do it all alone to achieve her goals.
