All of us have pre-programed thoughts & responses in our mind about things. "I can't play sports, I'm clumsy", "Traffic always makes me so impatient", "I will never overcome this addiction because I'm not strong enough". Many of these "narratives" within us are flat out lies can be changed with a little discipline. With Christ's help, we can renew our minds and get rid of these false narratives.
