The letter to the Ephesians is considered the clearest picture in the New Testament of God’s purpose and plan for the Church. Paul starts with the heavenly view of the believer seated in heavenly places, shows how Jesus is eternally and patiently restoring the fallen creation in Himself, and discusses how we are to participate in this cosmic redemption. This class helped us discover the energy of this reconciliation, the exploding power of the resurrection making the universe new again, and the imperative that we vigorously join in the process.
