Use triggers as a way of reframing your present moment from a higher perspective: they can help you reframe how you engage and perceive your current situation. (PS Want to reframe how I spoke about not being provided for growing up, fully acknowledge that I didn’t pay the mortgage or utilities, but this came out raw and realizing that I want to stay vulnerable with listeners and myself, so while I don’t give the full picture of growing up, you can still get an idea of where I’m coming from).
