Do you ever find yourself getting lost in the simplicity of the past? You know the “good old days” before responsibility came into view or how about all those TV shows you watched repeatedly and could probably still recite lines from today? While it’s often difficult to find simplicity in our present lives as adults, the nostalgia of yesteryear can be somewhat of a gift that will always be there to take us back in time to moments cherished the most if we’re willing to take the time to be still, take the pause, and reflect.

Today I’ll be sharing with you how some unexpected pieces of the past from our home’s previous owners have literally popped up on our property and led me down a daisy trail of thought and realizations that some of my past took deeply rooted itself within me and it’s time to let it go and move on with who I am today.
