On today's episode of the podcast, we have a conversation about digital art and thinking outside the box to solve problems in the country with Eno Nyame. Eno is a final year Communication Design student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and is the Co-Founder of Artmosphere Ghana; a creative business for making customised art through digital and pencil drawings and picture framing.
She refers to the specific crafting and development of various aspects of communication that reaches the intended target, not limited to things such as the language within an email or letter and the specific design of those types of documents as communication design and talks about how she crafts her designs for Artmosphere Ghana.
She spoke about being a student entreprenuer ("being your own boss") and juggling school work with business and how she's able to make a balance between the two. She made mention of how inadequate the Ghanaian education prepares students for work and how one has to go out of their own way to gather the skill set required to solve societal problems.
