We examine the aspects of digital rationing that are being created by governments around the world. How are they attempting to accomplish this? Will people be receptive to it? Will more handouts be the answer to rising costs across the west? Or should the governments simply get out of the way and drop all taxes? Also, are the political classes being set up to take the fall for the bad policy? And, is the policy that we see actually real? Or is it all scripted? We ask the questions.
