ALEXANDRA DANS joined the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) in 2013 and is based in ICANN’s Engagement Center in Montevideo, Uruguay. She previously worked for the Latin American and Caribbean Internet Addresses Registry (LACNIC) and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC). She holds a Communication and Political Science Degree from the University of Montreal and a Master of Science in International Communications from the University of Quebec, Canada. In addition to her native Spanish and French, she is fluent in English and is conversant in Portuguese.
